I offer international shipping. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Ready to Ship items are shipped within 3 days of ordering. Please note that during busy times (such as launches and holidays), it could take 5-12 days to ship. For Made to Order items, including commissions, please refer to the listing production time or the quote I have provided in our email exchanges. Thank you for your patience, as I am currently a one woman show packing your orders!

The standard shipping rate within Canada is $35. The flat rate shipping for all USA orders is $45 usd. International flat rate is $60 (depending on your country, a tracking code may not be available). You will receive a tracking number in your shipping notification e-mail. You can expect your order within 5-10 business days within in Canada, once it has shipped. Please note that during busy shipping times throughout the year, it may take a little longer to receive. Exshaw Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has shipped. You will need to contact the shipping provider with your tracking information for any questions regarding your package. Please also note that Canada Post is not guaranteeing shipping delivery times at this time, due to Covid-19.

A note to USA and international clients— due to border crossing/customs, your package could be delayed. Shipping rates to the USA & international destinations do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination. Exshaw Studio cannot estimate the fees associated with these charges as they are levied by your local customs authorities.
