The Stella Pillow Cover began as a quiet experiment one rainy afternoon in the cabin—simple shapes, two favourite fabrics, and the steady hum of my sewing machine. I wanted to make something classic yet calming, the kind of project that lets you slow down and enjoy the process. It’s a little nod to the comfort of handmade things—how a soft, quilted pillow can warm up even the simplest corner of your home.
This design is a modern take on timeless contrast—bold black meeting soft off-white. The symmetry feels grounding, and the make itself is easy, meditative, and deeply satisfying. Whether you’re quilting for the first time or just looking for something peaceful to sew, Stella is the perfect weekend project.
